The Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation invites the submission of research projects and proposals requiring funding in the field of diabetes.

Types of application invited:

  • Research Projects – Clinical or Non-Clinical, up to two year’s duration, up to the value of £20,000 (no-cost extensions may be considered)

Applications must be received on or before midnight, Monday 9th October 2023 (deadline has now passed). The charity’s Research Advisory Board meets in November.  Applicants will be expected to take up the grants early in 2024.

How to apply 

Applications should be completed on-line.

All applicants will need to create a unique account. Once an application is submitted, a pdf will be emailed to the applicant. Please send a signed hard copy to the address below.
