Join Wales' largest road race as runners weave their way through the Welsh capital.
The Cardiff Half is the UK's second largest half marathon, attracting more than 27,500 runners and 50,000 spectators to the city. The event is known for its fantastic atmosphere and tremendous support of the residents and businesses of Cardiff.

Join our Cardiff Half Marathon team and 27,000 others in a race through the Welsh capital. The Cardiff Half Marathon has grown into one of the largest road races in the UK, taking you through the beautiful scenery and historic buildings of the city centre.
The route will take you past some of the Welsh capital's most iconic landmarks, with stunning scenery and beautiful buildings. Along the way you will pass the glorious Penarth Marina before crossing the barrage and heading to Cardiff Bay, where you will run right through the heart of the bay taking in the Norwegian Church and the Wales Millenium Centre.
The flat roads along this course make this the perfect race for experienced and novice runners alike.

Charity places
To join #TeamDRWF with one of our charity places on Sunday 6th October, you'll need to pay an entry fee of £25.00 and commit to a minimum fundraising target of £200.00. Your charity place with us includes entry into the event plus additional benefits – we've listed a few of these below.
Please note, we do kindly ask that 80% of the minimum sponsorship amount is paid and received by DRWF 2 weeks before the event. The remaining 20% must be received within four weeks of the event.
