New-look quarterly Diabetes Wellness News launched with Spring edition
As DRWF celebrates 25 years of activity this year, our Diabetes Wellness News also marks the milestone of a quarter of a century, with a new-look seasonal Bumper Edition.
The Spring edition of Diabetes Wellness News is the first issue in a new quarterly format. We will now be sending subscribers all the latest information quarterly – and we hope to offer readers more with each bumper issue.
The newsletter is now 16 pages each edition – and continuing with the new layout design we introduced in August last year.
The design was created in collaboration with the team at Capture Design, in line with updated DRWF brand guidelines that will be visible across all published material from the charity going forward.
Coming soon we are also looking forward to sharing our revised and updated series of diabetes information leaflets that we hope you will agree present the latest information for looking after yourself with diabetes in an inviting and easy-to-navigate format.
Over the forthcoming schedule we plan to continue working with long-time contributors to the newsletter and regular authors, in addition to welcoming some new faces to the team.
The expanded format will allow us to provide subscribers with more features helping you to navigate healthy self-management of diabetes, with informative, peer-reviewed content provided by leading healthcare professionals working in diabetes.
There will be regular recipe features, tips for wellbeing and all the latest developments in diabetes technology.
In our 25th year we will also be focusing on DRWF-funded research projects, in addition to latest updates on educational events and how you can get involved in supporting diabetes research by taking part in fundraising activities. We will continue to publish the Puzzle Break and Tale End cartoon.
We hope that whatever your interest in diabetes there will be something in each edition for everybody – and more of it!
