Update information for continuous glucose monitor users
A problem was reported for a latest upgrade required for the FreeStyle Libre 2 device.
Continuous glucose monitor device manufacturers have issued an apology after some users experienced problems when updating latest software.
A statement from Abbot said: “Some people using iPhones have not been able to successfully upgrade to the latest FreeStyle LibreLink 2.10 iOS app in the UK. We apologise for this inconvenience.
“People who are having trouble completing the app update should follow the two easy steps in this video.
“If they continue to have issues after completing this action, they should call our UK customer service team on 0800 170 1177.”
